I need help, i understand the instructions but in the last part i find it incomprehensible?

instruction: Do not ask for any input from the user, do not output anything. Simply add the 300 and 5o using the addition operation and store the result in an integer IF the number of arguments ped the program is 3 or more; ELSE use an ignment statement as you divide your declared integer by itself(make sure integer is not zero). how would the C program would look like with this instruction.? i need your help thanks you very much
