I need some help with this girl?

well me and the girl i like work in downtown san diego at restaurants next door ,shes a hostess at the other restaurant and iam a waiter at other restaurant ,at the begining we never talked to each other but after some time i thought she started noticing me and started to smile at me and stare at me and look away when i notice her and she also stared at me and smiled at me for about 5 secs but i was the one who looked away , and i really wanted to talk to her but i never had the courage and confidence to do so,and also when i walked past their restaurant couple of times she used to come out quicky i looked like she was expecting me to talk to her but i was foolish not to talk to her,this continued for about 2 to 3 weeks,but one day i decided to finally talk to her and walked upto her and i started talking to her ,she never actually smiled at me and showed least intrest to talk to me and kinda ignored me by looking at others ,what does this mean ??? please help me out girls i really need some help with this girl, i really like her ,did i mess up with her or does she think iam a stalker or does she hate me now for taking too long to talk to her ???? any experienced girls out their i really need your help pleaseeeeeeee!!!
