Hughes, franklin, silvia, liddell?

the only person here that has lost their title that i believe will get it back is hughes, I donot believe the other 3 will ever get their title back, what are your opinions on weather they will get it back and who they will have to beat to get it. I know liddell, with the addition of jackson, henderson and rua, their is no way he will ever be a champion again..
