Is there an area/Language spoken in India known as "Dagria"? If so please provide the Geographic Location?

All I know is that Dagria is situated in a mountainous region of India (probably in the Uttar Pradesh). However, I'd like to find out where this place is, what the predominant livelihood of the people who speak this language is, the predominant faith/religion, and basic details as to the socio-economic status of this people group.
