What's wrong with hugging?

I don't see what's wrong with hugging. It's a very common way of showing affection. Your dad probably doesn't want you hugging guys because he thinks hugging will lead to kissing and kissing will lead to...other things. He sounds uptight and very overprotective. Also, I highly doubt the bible condemns hugging. -HUGS-
