Will My Ex Get Our Kids Back??? 2nd time they have been taken?

ok, our daughter was taken for 2-3 months because cas said i wasn't allowed around kids, i came home early one day, our daughter, i picked her up, and somehow cas found out, came by next day to apprehend her because she was in my care, i didnt see our daughter for 4 months, basically around a week after our son was born, my ex got our daughter back, and i was able to see my son and daughter whenever i wanted, my son is 3 months, and my daughter will be 2 in april, so shes had her back for a little over 3 months, today, they both got apprehended again, the reasons being, they had report of her cutting herself, she showed no evidence of cutting when the cas worker checked her, because of our son's diaper being full 2 months prior, because of a bottle of febreze beside our daughter's crib, and because of my ex throwing a pail at the wall. i don't live with her, the kids lived with her, my ex says shell get them back quicker this time, what do you think.?
