Could it still be a blown fuse if only the left rear brake lamp is out on '01 Honda Accord LX?

The brake lamp light on the dash was on so I replaced the bulb but the left brake light still doesn't work. If that's the only light out would it still be the fuse? Does the same fuse control all of the brake lights? The other thing is, I had a cracked taillight for a while and it's possible some rain water could have gotten in there and damaged the wiring, I don't know though because the brake lamp worked fine for about 9 months after I replaced the red plastic cover.
