My parents aren't letting me go out anywhere!!! how do i get them to let me?

Its nearly the end of my xmas break and i haven't done anything allll holidays with any of my friendss. i go back to school on wednesday, and i just wanted to do something with a few of my friends on monday. i wanted to go stationery shopping, and i also wanted to do some last minute saler shopping. My mum said that i coulkd go but then this morning my dad then told me that i couldnt because it was "too cold". The amnount of layers i had on were ridiculous and i just couldnt understand. i sometimes feel that my parents really dont want me to have a social life, but if you compare me to the rest of my peers, im realy actually quite sensible for my age. how do i get to grips with him'?
